Mission

The Clay Evans Scholarship Foundation which provides scholarships to students in the states of Illinois and Tennessee wants to provide children the opportunity to access higher education at a collegiate level.

Vision

The Clay Evans Scholarship Fund seeks to provide students who are considered C average (2.0 and above) the ability to receive a good education regardless of economic status, race, or background.
